ageing : Enjoy now or drink over the next 12 - 15 years.
in the cellar : Fermentation was done in an open fermenter for approximately seven days. No extended maceration was done after the primary fermentation and malolactic fermentation was finished in barrel. The wine was matured in 100% new French oak 225 litre barrels for 16 months after which it was racked and bottled. Only 4000 bottles of this spectacular wine were made and each bottle is individually numbered.
