Waterford Estate 'Single Vineyard' Sauvignon Blanc 2014 - DISCONTINUED

A lovely lemon color with a crystal shimmer. The aromatics are very restraint when youthful, showing great complexity as the wine develpos with age. On the palate, the firm acid is balanced and tempered by rich textured fruit and chalk notes due to sur lee ageing for 10 months. An incredibly unique style of Sauvignon blanc, with a great aging potential of up to 10 years.
