in the cellar : This wine consistently yields a light but fresh style of Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit is sourced from Stellenbosch, Durbanville and Constantia, each of the areas adding different characters to the final blend.
The components were fermented separately in stainless steel at cold temperatures (11-13 degrees Celsius). Regular lees stirring occurred to add richness, the end result of which is a wonderfully aromatic wine with great body and a lingering aftertaste, true to Sauvignon Blanc character, perfect for everyday drinking.
