in the vineyard : Shiraz selected from our vineyards in Paarl, Darling and the Swartland.
in the cellar : The grapes were fermented in tank, pressed and transferred to French and American oak barrels for 12 months. Second- and third-fill barrels were used in order to preserve purity of fruit and lend a subtle oak character to the wine.
