  • Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Sauvignon Blanc : The depth and balance of this wine means that one would get great enjoyment from drinking it on its own, however, it will truly come to life when enjoyed with summer fare.
  • Neil Ellis Groenekloof Sauvignon Blanc : Pale straw with green hues. Bright aromatics, of fresh late summer fruits, lifted florals with subtle herbaceous overtones. Delicately detailed. The palate is elegantly concentrated with sweet tropical fruits and lively balanced acidity. Mineral notes, refined, poised palate line. Fine texture and long flavoursome finish.
  • Durbanville Hills Sauvignon Blanc : Colour: Brilliant lime green. Nose: Explosion of passion fruit, guava, grapefruit and pineapple.
Taste: Medium-bodied wine with a mix bowl of tropical fruit flavours, citrus and ends with a lingering freshness
  • Springfield Estate Life From Stone Sauvignon Blanc : Stones have no flavour that they impart on wine – they simply make the soil less. If there is less soil the vine produces more concentrated fruit, the same happens with old vines, also when vines are planted in high density. As the rock opposes the vine so does a nearby plant; and age limit growth and crop. Life from Stone has the good fortune to have all these three concentrating factors in its favour – thus the unmatched complexity of a great wine.
  • Diemersdal Sauvignon Blanc: This vibrant, classically styled Sauvignon Blanc presents a brilliant lemon-lime colour. The nose is complex with an array of tropical fruit, ripe figs and gooseberries. These crisp flavours repeat in the mouth, along with a mineral character followed by a long fruity finish. The distinctive aromas support a wonderfully balanced palate, presenting purity of ripe fruit, coupled with a lingering harmonious finish.
  • Raka Sauvignon Blanc : Lively nose with sweet fruity aromas. Intense fruit on the palate with crisp mineral tones, well balanced with a soft finish.
