in the vineyard : The grapes are sourced from our cool Darling vineyards, just about 7km from the Atlantic Ocean. These dryland bush vines are planted on oak leaf soils.

in the cellar : Grapes were destalked, crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine was matured in older French barrels for 10 months prior to blending and bottling.
