Winelands Experience Survey is WineStats? first project.

Wine tourism is an important brand building tool and sales driver for wine producers. Learning more from visitors to the winery can help improve levels of service and boost sales.

WineStats aims to provide producers with information that they can use to leverage their wine tasting venues as a premium channel through which to promote and sell their wines.

Winelands Experience Survey

With the Winelands Experience Survey we aim to gather relevant venue ratings and wine consumer information at wine tasting facilities in the Western Cape. The principle aim of this is to provide wine producers with a system to track the performance of their tasting venue from the consumer's perspective, on a monthly basis.

Online Surveys

WineStats has developed an online research and surveys system. This enables our team to quickly develop research surveys for clients that are distributed via email. This is especially valuable in customer satisfaction surveys for large customer bases but can be adapted to smaller research and promotional surveys. WineStats manages the process from concept to reporting.

Paper Based Surveys

WineStats can develop a comprehensive paper based survey system for clients on a once off or ongoing basis. This encompasses survey design, distribution, data capture and reporting.
