The grapes were hand-harvested between the 19th and the 21st of March 2014. The Riesling was harvested at 22.1°B.

in the cellar : The Riesling was and tank fermented at 15°C. Once the perfect balance between fruit and acidity was reached, the fermentation was stopped to retain a hint of natural residual sugar.
