A full bodied red wine with ripe blackberry and plum flavours followed by delicate white pepper nuances on the nose and palate.Well integrated oak, soft tannins and an elegant finish, make for a wonderful tasting experience.

Our Shiraz can be enjoyed with smoked meats and charcuterie, game dishes and red meat with an intense pepper sauce.

in the vineyard : Shiraz grapes for the Grande Provence range come from sought after vineyards in the Stellenbosch area, a region well known for high quality red wines. This was an excellent year for the production of Shiraz, with warm days and limited rainfall, resulting in small berries with concentrated flavour.

in the cellar : Wine was oak matured for 15 months.
