Simonsig Chenin Blanc 1999

The 1999 follows in the same sun ripened style of the previous vintages although not as big as 1998. Fresh flowery bouquet with hints of honey and sundried pears and apricots so typical of late harvested Chenin. Ripe and mouthfilling on the palate with a fresh acidity that lingers refreshingly. Serving suggestions: Easy drinking style. Enjoy while youthful and still showing fermentation bouquet.
