Dark ruby colour; harmony of sweet oakiness, intense liquorice and prunes. Sweet entry, very ripe dark fruits and tannins; saltiness, mineraly yet smooth; persistent palate.
Decant before pouring. Good with salmon, tuna. Excellent with biltong on brown bread, casseroles, venisons, and steak.
