Nose: Lively, fresh, with varietal Sauvignon blanc flavours of cut grass and gooseberries dominating.
Palate: Satisfyingly dry, with gooseberry and almost sweet, ripe fruit flavours bursting in waves of bubbles. Mouth filling flavours and a leasy richness that will mature well for another year or two. Look out for this wine in its eye-catching new packaging.
