Waterford Estate Rose-Mary 2009

The white wines of Waterford Estate are single vineyard wines while the red wines are made and blended to reflect the terroir of the Estate. The Waterford label was launched in 1998 with a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Sauvignon Blanc. The Chardonnay was added a year later. In 2004 the vineyards and property was registered as an estate and the labels were changed to Waterford Estate.

Salmon coloured white wine made from red grapes. Spicy flavours as well as very fresh, crispy and fruity. Dry, low in alcohol (11%) making it an ideal pre-dinner and summer lunch-time wine. Slightly riper finish that previous vintages allowing for a slightly sweeter palate.
