This event, an established firm favorite, crowned as Gauteng’s largest Oyster Festival, promises once again to deliver an event of gastronomic proportion. These delectable bivalves of the sea, which range from Medium to Large and to Extra large will this year be served from six outlets which will allow for easier access to cash in your voucher for two free oysters that are included in the purchase price of each ticket.
The festival will feature other culinary delights including the popular braaied prawns and 50+ gourmet outlets. The star of the show, the oyster, will be joined by 40 Wine Estates, 6 International Wine brands, 6 Méthode Cap Classique producers, Craft Beer Breweries and the Brandy Society. Festivalgoers will have the opportunity to taste and savour the delights offered by vendors before they buy wine and gourmet food to take home.
This year the organisers are adding a Wine Theatre to the festival’s repertoire. This is an opportunity for festivalgoers to learn and understand more about wine and the wine industry. The presentations will be entertaining and informative.

Tickets are available at the door - Entrance Fee R135.00 per person which includes 2 oysters and a wine tasting glass. Tickets are also available online at R120.00 per person. Children 14-18 years R110.00 per person entrance only. Children 13 years and younger enter for free. All under 18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
