The amicable Chef Pieter de Jager will be demonstrating thematic dishes while involving participants in all aspects of cooking and guiding them to better understand dishes and recipes, to practice technique and to confidently identify tastes and finding a complementing wine match.
The Cooking Demonstration programme for the first quarter of 2018 covers a wide array of culinary disciplines and food styles – from sustainable South African seafood to understanding the intricacies of spice, the intrigue regionality in Italian cuisine and the pure decadence and delight of something sweet!

Whether it is the decadence of Risotto alla Milanese, the heartiness of Ossobuco or the traditional delight of Panettone, make an acquaintance with the charm and delight that is the food of northern Italy.
6 April – Sweet, Shweet, Swiet
Heaven to those with a sweet tooth, Chef Pieter guides guests through a tempting array of delicate pastries and moreish desserts. Sweets in all its shapes and forms!
