For Valentine’s dinner on Saturday, 14 February 2015, guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Pierre Jourdan Belle Rose allowing you to settle in and relax to the delicate sounds of string instruments.

For the meal, Chef Ryan Shell will be serving a romantically inspired 6-course tasting menu alongside the restaurant’s a la carte menu.

Franschhoek’s iconic Haute Cabrière Restaurant & Terrace is well known for its unique location, set into the side of Franschhoek Mountain and overlooking the Valley. Soaring arches and the view over the cathedral-like Pinot Noir Barrel Maturation Cellar below offer an experience which is not to be missed.

Cost: R 700 pp including a glass of wine paired with each course.
