The Diploma course comprises 4 modules. On completion of Module 1, further modules can be completed in any order, over a 2 to 4 year period. This course details the wine regions of the Old and New World with relevant subject tastings. he Certificate wine course is a pre-requisite to attend.
The course is partly self-study. Each module requires that 3 course assignments be submitted, and concludes with a three hour written theory examination.
