Cuveé’s exquisite Valentine’s Menu is a delicious five course affair; tantalizing your senses from the very first bite of creamy carrot risotto with blue cheese and a white chocolate sauce followed by a temptation of Mozambican crab cannelloni. Meat lovers can indulge in miso beef fillet with an array of greens, mushrooms and potato gratin, followed by a decadent tonka bean ice cream milkshake. To end the evening on a seductive note the kitchen will dish up dark chocolate pavé with hazelnuts and a raspberrry and buchu sorbet.
