Franschhoek’s iconic Haute Cabrière Restaurant is renowned for its unique location and delicious food and wine pairing menus. On sunny days, the terrace offers beautiful vistas over the valley, whilst on cool days a roaring fire beckons. Chef Ryan Shell’s menu revolves around seasonal produce, which is mostly sourced locally or grown organically on Haute Cabriere. Wines are served at cellar door prices and guests are encouraged to relax and sample a variety of enticing pairings from the a la carte menu, as well as from the Delicious Little Things menu served in the afternoons. In addition, various tasting menus – including a comprehensive vegetarian menu – offer a journey through Haute Cabriere’s wine and food offering.
