Snack attack

Two Oceans simple snack solution
21 February 2013  by Two Oceans
Take a taste tip from Two Oceans winemaker Michael Bucholz.
Whether watching his favourite game on TV or putting his feet up after a busy day in the cellar, he'll often pair a glass of lightly chilled fresh and zesty Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc with onion and balsamic-flavoured crisps or alternatively, with sea salt and black pepper chips.

"Some days call for hassle-free sipping and crunching. That's when you don't necessarily feel like a full-scale meal but want a nice savoury nosh with a good drop of wine. Why over-complicate life when you can keep it simple but tasty?"

When he's in the mood for red, he'll open the Two Oceans Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot blend and match its soft, smooth and juicy berry taste with cheddar or smoked beef-flavoured crisps.

Two Oceans wines sell for around R35 a bottle.
