Rhebokskloof Wine Estate
Rhebokskloof Wine Estate is proud to announce that the Black Marble Hill Reserve Syrah 2010 was chosen as Top 100 SA Wines on 11 April 2013. This prestigious event aims to re-position South Africa's top wines with clarity, vigour and integrity.

The Estate has been renowned in the past years for the production of excellent Shiraz wines.

“The wine is created from a very special block on the farm that has proved itself over many years to exhibit the particular characters that is typical of our unique terroir and the micro-climate that improves the production of the Shiraz grape”, comments Rolanie Lotz, Rhebokskloof’s winemaker.

Lotz is supported by mentor and well-known winemaker, Francois Naude, and Karin Louw as viticulturist. The team consistently produces top quality wines.

The Black Marble Hill Reserve Syrah is Rhebokskloof’s "iconic" wine and the grapes are carefully picked from an 18-year old Shiraz vineyard. The grapes are handpicked, pressed, inserted into 300 litre French oak barrels and aged for 18-24 months. The award-winning wine can be purchased online at www.rhebokskloof.co.za.

Previous awards from Rhebokskloof include the 2009 Syrah du Monde Gold (2006 vintage), 2010 Syrah du Monde Gold (2007 vintage) and 2012 Michaelangelo Gold (2010 vintage).

Rhebokskloof Wine Estate, situated in the magnificent Paarl valley, 40 kilometres from Cape Town, is nestled between the granite hills of the Paarl Rock mountains. On top of the award-winning wines, the picturesque Estate boasts with a restaurant and is the perfect location for weddings and events.
