For this special evening in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands, Head Chef Lucas Carstens has designed a menu with flavours of the orient to reflect Puccini's operatic masterpiece. The overture of seared tuna with daikon salad followed by a green tea refresher will set the scene for the more dramatic Springbok loin served with oriental mushroom duxelle. For his grand finale, Lucas has chosen Mitsumame, a delicious Japanese sundae.
