Getwine, our online wine portal was started in May 2005 out of our existing Van Riebeeck liquor business in Harrington Street, Cape Town. The Van Riebeeck Liquors arm of the business mainly supplies corporate businesses with their liquor requirements in drinks, beer and wine.
In 2014 Van Riebeeck
Liquors acquired Rubin’s Liquors in Cape
Town and together with Getwine’s growth over the years
the operating space at the Harrington premises got too small for us. Then the
search started for bigger premises for our Getwine business and we were very fortunate
to find this fantastic premises in the newly renovated PALS building in Salt River.

free wine tasting and something to nibble on the Friday afternoon.
You will be able to taste and buy wines from top wine farms such as Thelema, Cederberg, Neil Ellis, Ken Forrester, Graham Beck and many more. If you consider yourself the adventurous type, we will also have pre-packed Mystery Cases of 12 bottles @ R298 per case available!
