Join us at Wine.co.za in Somerset West on the 20, 22 and 27th of October @
18h00 to kick start your knowledge about South African Wine.
On your first evening (lecture 1) you will learn about the five taste
sensations with a cause & effect tasting; history, storage &
maturation, serving wine, wine styles and cultivars, you will also learn about
sensible drinking and how to taste wine.
Your second evening (lecture 2) will open the doors of Viticulture and
Winemaking, at last you will begin to understand Wine of Origin scheme and Wine
Routes.
There will be a 60 minute exam on the third evening and a certificate will
be issued to successful students.
All this in the comfort of the Wine.co.za head office in Somerset
West.
