Fleur du Cap
Wear your wine critic hat and make your vote count when you put the Fleur du Cap Wine & Salt tasting experience, offered daily at Die Bergkelder in Stellenbosch, to the test in the 2014 Klink Awards.

Shortlisted as one of the Best Cellar Door Food and Wine Pairings in the Winelands this year, the Fleur du Cap team needs your vote to claim the top spot. With a line-up of five Fleur du Cap Unfiltered wines, each pairing in the Fleur du Cap Wine & Salt tasting is handpicked to accentuate the inherent flavours of each superbly balanced wine.

Wine lovers can indulge in bit size morsels such as wild rice dolmades seasoned with Kala Namak salt partnered with Unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc, flavoursome prosciutto or chicken liver pâté with caramelised onions and Murray River salt paired with the robust Unfiltered Merlot and Maldon salted fudge with the Platter 5-Star Fleur du Cap Noble Late Harvest to name a few.

Giving back power to the people, the Klink Awards is an initiative of Wine Tourism South Africa and is South Africa’s first consumer-driven wine tourism awards that recognises and celebrates the myriad of South African wine experiences on offer.
