Cape Town wine fundis were treated to a lavish feast in celebration of the release of two new flag-bearers for this celebrated Constantia wine estate.

Executive Chef Archie Maclean created a luxurious 6-course menu – each paired to perfection with a different vintage of the flagship MagnaCarta white blend from 2007 to the newly released 2015. The statuesque Lady R Méthode Cap Classique 2011 was served with a selection of elegantly presented canapes.
