in the vineyard : Railroad vineyards. Cabernet Sauvignon producing ± 9,5 tons per hectare and Shiraz , 11 tons per hectare.

about the harvest: Harvesting took place from the end of February 2003 to the 2 nd week of March 2003.

in the cellar : 100% fermented on the skins until dry. Thereafter pressed and malolactic fermentation followed in stainless steel tanks with wood staves. The two portions were then blended and matured in small French and American oak for 6 months before bottling.
