about the harvest: Picked from 18 year old vines, with relative low yields at 25º Balling.
in the cellar : Pick before too many raisins – want intense muscadel flavours, but not too much raisins. Fortified with neutral 96% spirit after 36 hour skin contact. Unwooded.
