in the vineyard : (Viticulturist: Bennie Liebenberg)
The grapes were sourced from well-established, trellised vineyards in the Stellenbosch, Malmesbury and Robertson regions. These vineyards were planted between 1985 and 1990 at altitudes of 100-250m. The vineyards in Malmesbury and Robertson face east to south-east and south-west, whilst the vines in Stellenbosch face south to south-west to take advantage of
maritime winds.

in the cellar : The wine was fermented and matured separately. The Chardonnay matured on oak chips in stainless steel tanks for six months and was stirred every two weeks.
