The wine was made in a delicate style that respects the spiciness and sweet red cherry flavours of the variety. It has a soft smooth entry with flavours of dark chocolate, vanilla and sweet-savoury black fruit concentration with a lingering spicy aftertaste. 18 months barrel matured.
