about the harvest: Hand harvested

in the cellar : A blend of Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes are hand harvested and made in a combination of stainless steel tanks and open fermenters.

The wine is matured in French (80%) and American (20%) oak for 12 months before being blended and bottled.
