On the nose the wine shows wonderful granadilla tropical flavours with wax and vanilla undertones adding complexity. The palate shows tropical fruit with a long limey finish and crisp acidity.

about the harvest: Grapes for this wine are picked on the picturesque south facing Noordhoek slopes from the Peninsulas’ southern most vineyards. The grapes were harvested at 22°B from a single vineyard in the early hours of the morning and transported to the cellar in a cooling truck.
