The grapes for the Sauvignon Blanc come from L’Ormarins as well as our farm in Elandskloof near Villiersdorp – the diversity of climates contribute different attributes: fruit flavours from the warmer area and aromatics from the cooler region. This dry wine shows typical Sauvignon characteristics of passion fruit, melon and tropical aromas with mineral undertones. Luscious and full with finely balanced acidity and a dry finish.
