Palate: Rich, full opulent flavours, yet light on the palate which is persistent, soft and pleasing. A wine with a good, well-structured backbone of ripe tannins.

Appreciation: Not necessary to decant, but please chill. Food pairing: A good wine to enjoy with spicy foods, red meats and bolognaise
