Warm and spicy; gathering of dark berries, with notes of scattered plum. There is a soft, mellow sun-dried tomato flavour to this red blend. The Merlot adds plumminess to the nose, while the Cabernet brings forth wild berry flavours. A full mid-palate is present, with round, soft tannins and good aging potential. Malbec and Shiraz introduce spiciness.

Ideally served at 17°C.
