Diemersfontein Maiden's Prayer 2010

about the harvest: Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness in February 2010.

in the cellar : Grapes were vinified separately. Only aerated pump overs were given during the course of alcoholic fermentation to create a soft, fruit driven wine ready to be drunk young. The different varieties matured separately in tanks until they were blended, stabilized and bottled.
