A freshly styled Cabernet franc rosé with moderate alcohol and vibrant mineral characters designed for a wide range of occasions.

“Partridge eye” in appearance with fresh herbaceous aromas, hints of strawberry fruit and a fresh mineral note. The palate is vibrant, displaying red berry flavours and beautifully poised acidity.

in the cellar : Careful attention was paid to the level of fruit ripeness at harvest. A just-ripe style of fruit was whole-bunch pressed, yielding lightly coloured juice and fresh acidity. The juice was settled and then fermented in stainless steel tank. Minimal ageing on lees preceded stabilization and bottling preparation.
