ageing : Although accessible when young, this Shiraz has the maturation potential of 2 years

in the vineyard : Grapes were sourced from both bush and trellised vineyards in Stellenbosch, Paarl, Malmesbury and Worcester. These vineyards have been established at varying altitudes, from 50m to 180m above sea level.

in the cellar : After being hand harvested the grapes were fermented on the skins for 4 days, allowing sufficient extraction of colour and fruit without excess harshness. Post blending, maturation took place on American oak for 2-3 months prior to a single cross-flow filtration before bottling.
