Backsberg Merlot / Shiraz 2009 1.5 Litre

Pungent aromas of raspberry and red plums are tempered by the deft use of French oak maturation. The palate is redolent with succulent sweet flavours fruit and finely coated in ripe, mouth filling tannins.

Goes very well with dishes such as lamb, sirloin steak, stews and pastas.
