about the harvest: Grapes were picked at different stages of ripening.

in the cellar : Pinotage grapes were picked at a ripe stage to ensure flavorful wine and phenolic ripeness. Skin contact of 10 hours to ensure enough colour and flavour extraction. Reductive winemaking practices were employed to ensure a fruity and aromatic wine. Different yeast cultures were used to add to the complexity off the final blend. It was kept on lees for 3 months prior to bottling.
