Beau Joubert Sauvignon Blanc 2012

This is a dry white wine made in a fruit driven, new world style which infuses lush tropical fruit with fresh capsicum tones and subtle grassy flavours which linger on to a light mineral finish. A balanced and crisp acid gives this wine wonderful complexity and versatility allowing it to be enjoyed marvelously on its own, as well as paired with almost any dish.

Compliments seafood, salads and spicy dishes.
