The colour of the wine is strawy yellow. The bouquet is one of liminess which changes to gooseberry, peaches and loquats, ending in green apple. Subtle wood undertones. The palate is packed with the flavour of peaches, limes and green apple, finishing creamy with hints of charring. The aftertaste is long and lingering.
