Wildekrans Barrel Select Reserve Shiraz 2012

This Shiraz offers distinctive flavours such as mint, blueberries and cloves with hints of white pepper. Aged in new French barrels for 24 months, this enhance the fynbos characters in this wine. Juicy, full palate with loads of fruit and spicy with a long lingering after taste.

Great for grilled meats or veggies, wild game, richly flavoured red meats, beef stew and meat lover’s pizza. A perfect example of this is grilled steak and radishes with black pepper butter.
