Light-coloured, slightly earthy nose, easy glugging. It is a beautiful, complex wine with intense concentration of fruit, with red berry flavours. Lingering finish.
Serve with pork stir fry, venison, grilled lamb, BBQ duck, chicken marsala, stuffed mushrooms, quesadillas or even chocolate truffles are the perfect companion.
