in the cellar : 100% Robertson Shiraz grapes were used to make this dry rosé. The grapes were whole bunch pressed with a champagne pressing cycle to extract a pale and delicate juice.

The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15°C with aromatic yeast strains for more than 30 days resulting in a fresh wine with a creamy texture and a dry and refreshing finish.
