in the vineyard : This Merlot is selected from the vineyard blocks planted on Vrede en Lust and Casey’s Ridge.

in the cellar : The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks as well as on oak. The wine is made for early drinking and was bottled in September 2013.
