Groot Constantia Pinotage 2000

Pinotage enjoys the cool climate of the valley. It has a good concentration of strawberry jam, lovely earthy flavours with subtle hints of smokiness on the nose. The tannins are lovely and soft and therefore drinkable quite early.
Serving suggestion: Oxtail and Cape Bredie and a Steak.
