Waterford Elgin Pinot Noir 2019

The aromatics are layered with ripe wild berries, cherry tobacco and savoury cherry tomatoes. The palate also shows robust and intense but still vibrant and elegant flavours, which is in line with the character of Pinot Noir. The wine finishes with a lovely coating and savoury flavour and a refreshing balanced acidity. A wine promising to age gracefully over 10 years.

Pairs well with delicate food styles of turkey or pork garnished with cherries and earthy components.
