Blaauwklippen are pioneers in this variety in South Africa, and the 15 year old vineyards have produced a wine of structure and finesse. A juicy mouthful of wine bring in gorgeous flavors of baked apples and pear drops. Full bodied and pairs well with food, leaving a lingering taste of candied fruit.
