Beau Joubert Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

This full-bodied red wine has been aged in for 12 months in 300l French oak barrels. Juicy blackberries, ripe fruit, mocha and a lingering finish are some of the flavours that stand out. Subtle, ripe, and well-integrated tannins compliment the lively fruit creating a superbly balanced, complex and structured wine that is wonderfully accessible now. The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon has excellent ageing potential, if cellared correctly. Truly a divine wine on its own and just as enjoyable with fine food!
